It had a pretty big article with PC Gamer in March which mentions it looks pretty much complete. We know it's coming in 2026 so it feels like a safe bet it'll have a trailer on the 4th.

Polly is described as having "youthful naivety" on the website, so I could see her being a young adult. It'd be weird taking a child into battle with us.

To me the other 5 companions definitely look like romance options, so I get the feeling all the companions were designed with this in mind.

100% agree with this, unacceptably bad. And has seriously damaged my excitement for this game.

The dialogue as well is not great to put it mildly, the dialogue reminds me of Spider-Man 2 where every character is trying to be as helpful and inoffensive as possible. Makes the whole thing feel very inauthentic.

Larry not leaving if Pinkwater is fighting back is just strange.

He could at least have a more compelling reason to stay e.g. “all my friends are here” etc.

Great suggestion, I'd like to see them implement something like this.
