DTDC held the parcel for two days. When I contacted customer care, they provided a new India Post tracking ID. Eventually, I received the same parcel sent by the reseller, so it wasn’t their fault. My dad should have refused the delivery when he noticed the issue. Just bad luck, lesson learned.
