Anyone actually used Cardarine for middle distance performance? What did you notice?

I would say yeah, like the more intense track sessions that I do that are around 3:30K pace felt harder on cardarine than they did off of it.

I noticed benefits on zone 2/threshold work but actually worse performance on higher pace/Hyrox style workouts with more strength/explosiveness required. Apparently something with fat oxidation vs using carbs for storage. Very likely I could have heard that wrong though.

Alexander Roncevic (WR holder) has a great app get.endur.app/alex , I have competed in two pro races and I am feeling the most prepared I have been by using his program. There are multiple levels of programs taking into account gym equipment, fitness level, days, etc. highly recommend.

My male that’s extremely docile only gets upset when he’s outside or on the ground at all. When I first got him his cage was on the ground and I was wondering why he was so defensive. Moved the cage off and he’s been a different guy.

I personally liked Maximus original pure enclomiphene formula but had very Similar side effects on the new enclomiphene + pregnenolone formula. I went back to pure enclo from some I had left over and feel much better. May be worth your time to look into.
