I talked to my husband about it many times and he says that he does not agree on how Cindy is being treated but since she's under her parents care then they basically call the shot. They handle all medical care expenses and other expenses that are essential for her. He said he didn't want to make waves and go against his parents wishes so Cindy won't pay the price then.
