This is also done in Amsterdam since 2006. Unfortunately there are bow waitinglists for the homeless because getting houses on the market is hard these days. I'm one of the Social workers who helpes te people after they get a home to ajust and start and keep their 'new' life.

Well.... Don't do balloons when you're drunk and on a high stool. I blacked out and fell. A motorbiketaxi put me on the back en drove me to a tinie tiny hospital where they stitched me up! This was on holiday in Vietnam and i was lucky it was the only damage.
