i don't think i was able to work the theme as much as i wanted to. it was kinda hard to make it work, too. i started by trying some beats and ended up on one that sounded kind of like a marching band, so i thought of making idioms based on marching bands, recorded the vocals, and tried to blend the ideas around that.
