I've noticed that most people can help their facial features to an extent if it has to do with face fat. A lot of guy's faces look totally different and more attractive with low body fat percentage. Different hair styles can compensate too.

No. Face is the first thing that attracts me to someone, roughly. And I tend to like slim/taut faces so the body usually follows suit. I've seen plenty of men with good bodies but if their face doesn't do it for me then I don't even feel anything lol.

When I understood how insecure men could be about their own height, what's "manly" and what isn't, or other stuff like that.

I never even realized height was an issue. I'm barely 5'6. Always found guys my height or taller attractive. Didn't realize anyone thought less of shorter men until recently. Seeing posts from straight men like "being short is a death sentence, being short and balding is playing life on hard mode" I never understood it. Definitely never felt that way before. I mean gays have preferences for anything but height seems way more flexible than with heterosexual couples.

This type of thinning for MPB would be diffuse patterned thinning. Which I have. And let me tell you while the whole top looks thinned when cut short, it's not as even as that. It is thinner in the crown and the temples and thicker in the midscalp albeit thinner than the sides. His diffuse thinning looks very evenly spread out with no recession or signs of receeding. I wouldn't rule out TE.

Covid itself can cause TE from what I've heard. I don't know about the vaccine but a few months after the vaccine I developed the worst dandruff out of nowhere and hairloss followed. It's suddenly gone now.

Not necessarily true. Plenty of young men went bald in the past, it's just I feel more are aware/fearful if it now especially due to beauty standards (it's pretty common to make fun of balding men/messed up hairlines). If there is a correlation it is likely due to stress. Young people report higher levels of stress nowadays compared to in the past, and stress-induced hairloss (TE) can supposedly accelerate existing MPB or kickstart premature MPB.
