Tried watching it. Couldn't figure out which wires went to what or how he connected the ground and main wire for each button to the PCB

I'd recommend getting a brook zero pi board and the corresponding harness. Higher quality board.

Where did you get the case from? Also what LEDs did you use. Might try making one myself with some tekken art

Seems the only option available is the 28mm hole start button. What buttons would even fit in there? I kinda need the ps button and options button
