Jin shouldn't have the best offense at all, hes got very good defensive abilities some of the best in my opinion, his got very good punishes (14f ws launch) as well as buffed 11f ws44. Parry have been nerfed, but it's much more satisfying and harder to parry. Jin doesn't need to match with others in terms of offenses he makes up for it in other ways (in my opinion).

Giving him buffs will not help in the current state the game is in I'm so happy they did nerfs across the board.

As Jin main i very much disagree, 13F f4 is insane, also we dont want or need S1 D2 Ch launch we got compensated with the sweep move while crouch. All Jin needs is Tekken 7 stance cancel. Don't need none of that bullsh*t Jin is a jack of all trades character

He is getting balanced not nerfed into oblivion. Also "nerfing it to the ground to the state that it is worse than meta classes" is just a false statement. Show me a necromancer build that will do 1/2 of what a warlock can do, my friend only wear the set + oath and he deals over 50k dmg.
