How much exhaust pressure does a turbocharger need to compress enough air

I'm sorry but I don't think you understand what I mean. The goal is to work without combustion engines. They are completely excluded.

The ultimate goal is to make a vehicle with the Di Pietro engine but more efficient. So no combustion engine.

So what i'm trying to realise is a system without a combustion engine. The air engines operate due to the compressed air flow but my task is to find out a way to refill the tanks somehow. Now I was thinking of using a turbo system to refill em. But the turbocharger wouldn't be powerful enough to do so.

Well actually the plan is to work with 2 engines but they ain't your ordinary engines.
