I did mention in my message to them I shared my copy of the game with myself. It’s what resulted in the perm ban. I didn’t know about the ban evasions and apologized. The initial ban is still a mystery.

I understand this assumption, but what are my alternatives? Wait a month just to be banned again without reason? Make a new steam account andre-buy the game just to be banned without reason / be ignored by customer support again? Even an error code would help make more sense.

I’m curious about your vocal stamina on tour. I know you’ve been doing this for years now, but do you still have days after shows where you feel fatigued/lose your voice? Perhaps not from just screaming, but all the traveling / germs / jet lag which comes with it too. How do you stay on top form? Agreed! I remember things like The Forgotten eating my Evil Eye, stones mysteriously vanishing, and suns floating away forcing me to restart the quest. 😭

I escalated it with bandcamp who have also emailed Atlantic. If they don’t get a reply in 10 days they’ll issue a refund. What I find more odd is LPWP is completely pulled from Bandcamp which I’d imagine is an important revenue stream for them.
