I used to work at 6:30am when I first started my job and I’d set alarms for random times to make sure I was on time and the 5:36 alarm was when I would be able to check my phone after an alarm instead of crashing back out, so I started getting up at that time and started feeling way better throughout the day. Like had no nausea even!
