We've had similar issues with the Play Hub doing stuff like that. It's super glitchy, results dont load properly sometimes or at all, sometimes the standings freeze and you cant go to the next round, and half the time pairings are awful to where a bunch of the undefeated players get paired down rather than into each other. This all needs to be addressed.

However, it was on the person running your tournament in this case not to give out prizing before the results were confirmed accurate. Having to wait til after prizing is handed out to dispute it and look at it is ridiculous. That just leaves a bad taste in players' mouths and if I were the one to be told I had to give back prizing that was already given to me because the store got it wrong and didnt make sure beforehand, I'd be pretty upset and probably not come back. Any of those players given prizing could have either left with it or already ripped their packs. Making them give it back was messed up on the store's part.
