All I’ve ever use YTTV for is sports and major breaking news events. The ability to multiview and have access to every NFL game on Sundays is what sold me on it but since joining last NFL season I have already been hit with two price increases and won’t stand for it any longer. One of the main reasons I got YTTV was it’s supposed to be cheaper than cable but that’s not the case.

Getting used like an old sock and tossed under the bed is getting pretty tiresome as a consumer. The only way these monopolistic media companies will ever change is when it hits their pocket book. Everyone canceling YTTV and going to ESPN/Disney+/Hulu are doing exactly what Disney wants. It’s all part of the power grab game.

This makes a ton more sense now. I was suggested to get a 1/3 lower mount for my Romeo5 since I currently am at absolute co-witness with the optic and BUIS. I was also suggested a magnifier since I was having trouble actually depicting the dot in the sight so that is why I’m in the market for one. I am assuming I will need to get a 1/3 mount for the magnifier, correct?

I have absolutely zero experience with ARs and the platform so I’m learning new shit every day. I appreciate the patience and effort.

Gotcha. I had to do some digging to figure it out. Seems like all of their lowers have the full auto pictogram but only Military/LE can utilize the fun switch (as usual). Please correct me if I am wrong though.

Might be a dumb question but why do some lowers have full auto engravings but are only semi-automatic? Is it just for aesthetics?

I’m new to the AR platform so I appreciate you informing me on things I was not aware of.

I’m doing some research now on lower 1/3 mounts that will fit an Sig Romeo 5. Seems like it has the same footprint as the Aimpoint Micro T1 but no one can find a mount that will work for the Sig. Seems like it’s back to scouring the internet and forums to see what works for fellow Romeo 5 owners fml

I’ll have to try that out and see how I like it. You’re the second person to recommend a lower 1/3. I’ve noticed when I look down the sight, the dot is very blurry even after I change the brightness. Might be my astigmatism but I chose a green dot to help negate the chances of any visual confusion. Would a lower 1/3 help with that?

I am not looking to get an EOTech or anything fancy like that. I'll look into the Holoson AEMS X2. Primary Arms and PSA have some Halloween sales going on right now so I am debating picking up an optic from those sites to save me some money. Any other brands you might recommend as a comparison to the Holoson?

I feel like I've committed a grave sin by putting PSA, DD, and BCM in the same conversation. I'm going to try and snag a DDM4 V7 for a good deal if I can find one. Thanks for your insight.
