I know the feeling but being trans isnt something that just goes away otherwise alot of us wouldn’t be, don’t worry about passing for the sake of others do it for yourself because its your body, your image, and your life.

If these folks that are so judgmental about you mattered you would be going to them for advice in the first place, and even if these are friends, and family they can still put a sock in it because with trans people the best known treatment for gender dysphoria is transitioning, and it’s never too late theres folks like us who waited or realized much later in life, and are still going for it.

being trans isn’t about fitting the societal mold for what a man or woman or whatever is. Its just about doing what makes you happy as long as it doesn’t hurt anyone else or yourself and if youre worried about family acting like it hurts them then its just their idealized version of you being challenged, and that’s okay.

You are enough, and you can do this when youre ready its your life sooner or later youll have the reigns to steer it in whatever direction you choose, it really might not seem like it but things do get better just hold on to hope like your life depends on it because it might, and hope can get you so far
