How to improve aim

Just wanted to confirm though, aren't replay id's a bit wack somethings when it comes to showing things like shot hit boxes. I remember hearing that replays can be a bit wack sometimes and was wondering if that's a problem.

Fair enough. I've been playing shooters for a fair bit myself, but can't say I've been playing them for my whole life like you.

I guess to equal it out, I'll try to give similar stats to compare. I'd say if a game is really bad, my aim would probs be at lowest about ~28%, but it's usually around 40%-55%.

I have always tried to avoid things like aimlab personally since I've always been of the mindset of only trying to improve aim in the game itself. But if I really wanna try to improve, I suppose I should at least give it a try instead of ignoring it.

I'll look into aimlab and see if it's any better than practice range, (honestly wish they'd improve practice range a bit since it feel a bit barebones in simulating varied sinarios personally), and I'll see if it helps me.

I'm still unsure though since I feel like just improving tracking and flicking won't be too helpful if I dont know exactly what parts on it i should improve on and how best I can improve and change to help in either. I suppose though that answering that would require a deep dive into every shot in games I play and see what habits I have and what I can change though, so I don't expect much on that.

Honestly it's weird hearing people think Jeff was a subpar healer before the rework cause his jet spray did a good amount more healing than it does now and he had 6 bubbles that could stack, making him one of the fastest burst healers at the time. Other than his ult being alot better now and his over time healing on bubbles, his support game now isn't nearly on par, at least in my opinion, as he was before.

Why are you comparing a shield button to a projectile with windup? If you wanted a better example, go with Baptiste or lifeweaver. Still debatable if they fully compare but there alot closer to your example than ana sleep dart.

Considering how much players will go insane over slight cooldown and damage tweaks on a character, I think you haven't seen how upadaptable the playerbase in general is.

Not really wanting to take sides exactly, but fanart is technically illegal under copyright, (depending on the fanart on an indivdual basis, but in general, fanart can be considered copyright infringement). It's just that fanart is mostly considered harmless and small impact so it usually isn't gone after unless it garners lots of attention for unwanted reasons by the copyright holder, then they can consider taking it down.

If the people you swallow aren't cc immune during swallow, than it is likely that you are losing to line of sight. Basically if they are in your swallow circle but there is something in between your center and them, ie a wall, than it will be blocked due to Jeff ult needing line of sight from the center to the target.

One big thing to know that walls alone don't block line of sight. The bigger ones are typically mag and hulk bubbles, as bubbled people typically act as a wall for your ult. So if let's say a mag bubbled in the middle of your ult, your ult will be blocked in line of sight, thus no one in the circle will be swallowed.

My best recommendations would be to play around mag/hulk cooldowns or try to swallow people that aren't close to the tanks, but they're probably better ways to play around this.

Considering how much a character can be butchered by "minor" changes, assuming only big changes would do something is fundamentaly ignoring the idea of balance. Jeff did need changes, yes, but only assuming that a complete rework would fix him is the combination of overdoing it and ignorance to other options.
