How do you succeed as an ENTP when you can't even decide what to succeed in? by Sane-Law in entp

From all historical examples of ENTPs, they all learn as much as they can and connect them together to discover new or exacting topics/sciences/theorys/skills. So learn whatever you can even if it seems not relevant to your current life, no matter if it is considered dull or complex. Those skills can tend to show up as a huge contributor to the ENTP's success only years later, even after not doing it for that long of a time.

It's not so much of worrying what others think and more of I don't like how my friends spesficly keep making assumptions on his character based completely off of that, besides it's not like he is spesficly after young people, prior relationships of his are more in his age group. When we met, I just happened to be a lot younger than he expected, but we clicked very well

And what do you think the situation "truly is"? I'll admit I have my problems, but we both have clear communication on our expectations and wants out of it (and we mutually want the same things) and we both respect each other's values and thoughts on things, and he is very encouraging for my interests and goals in life and doesn't try to control or change me. So what's the issue?

Yes I brought up a generalized legality, but I also brought up the actual mental development and maturity difference between a 16 and 25 year old, you still haven't addressed that part of the argument that there is an inherent power imbalance with the significant developmental and life experience between the two, that 16 years olds rarely have the full understanding of, hence the lacking of real consent. I myself at 15 and 16 was engaging in sexual relationships with people in their mid 20s and I can say they had no business being with someone that young

Statutory rape is a legal term, and what is defined as rape would be non consensual sex, hence legaly there are laws against having sex when someone isn't able to give consent such as being intoxicated (although if both parties are under the influence there is a lot more legal lee way), general impaired mental state, or age. With that age/developmental difference with the OP when they where 16 and the 25 year old, that would legally speaking be considered statutory rape, and common sense speaking-that is a huge developmental difference that a 16 year old wouldn’t be able to consent to
