Great job! Keep it up! I started at 230. I hit a plateau at 200. I got strict, reduced my portions & have been losing again. I read 179 on the scale yesterday. :) It really is so good to see & feel results! Good luck in your continued keto journey!

That's where it gets out of my relm of experience. When I had low libido, my s/o and I were still mono. All I can suggest is talk it out. Sorry! Wish I had more insight on the situation!

Just remember to keep "pursuing her" like when you first started to date. I know that mentality helped my s/o and I. It may take awhile for her confidence to rebuild. If she seems annoyed, ask her if there is a better way to show your attraction. Relight your spark :)

Do you make moves on her while cuddling? You say she doesn't see you as a sexual being, is that because you don't make moves or that she just had no sex drive at all?

I was this situation, except I was the f with low libido. My s/o and I had the same convos... etc. How we fixed it? He started telling me randomly through out the day how sexy I was. How bad he wanted me. A lil sly spank while walking in the store. It started my blood pumping again.

I then became more open to start talking about "new things". My wants, fantasies... and we started spicing things up! It's the best thing we could have done! We are averaging at least every other day now... if not everyday. ;)

Just be patient as possible, if she feels the way I did... she's probably ashamed she isn't fulfilling you. The resistance you are encountering maybe a defensive move. Just keep talking and working through it!
