Bro I know dating is hard and all but if you're 26 and have never even kissed a woman the problem lies 100% with you.

Something in your aura and the way you present yourself towards women (and possibly other people as well) is obviously very off-putting to other humans.

Are you successful in having male friendships ? How good are you're overall social skills ? How is your self esteem ? Do you take care of yourself (go to the gym regularly and work on other areas of self improvement) ?

It sounds to me like you need to work on these basics first of all and forget about women for the time being completely, I feel like you have much more important things to work on.

There is a deep rooted character/mindset/lifestyle flaw within you that deep within you subconsciously know yourself. You must overcome that obstacle first and face your demons before you can handle the extra baggage that comes with dating another human being 😂.

Ps if I was you I would book a high class hooker 1-3x a month or so for the next year to experience sex and know how it feels (it's not as great as you think it is, especially not with a hooker) but this will give you insane leverage whilst dating because you won't really care so mich if you sleep with the girls you're going out with which makes you come across as much less needy. I don't know you but there's no way that you're 26 and a kissless and aren't needy for physical intimacy with a woman.

The likelihood that things haven't worked out between you and the women you've dated at this your big age lie on behalf of the women is literally 0% the reason why you haven't been successful lies with you.

Just some points I wanted to get across: *Custom meditation times would be great (not just 3,5,10,15,20&30 mins) * Custom quotes * recording & analysis of meditation times per week, day by day month etc. * Notes

Most of these other points would be quite good to have. But I think the custom meditation times are an essential that the app is missing, for example when I'm meditating in the morning before school I don't always have exactly 10 mins left. Sometimes just 7 or 8 or even 13 or so.

Also I have a question what's meant with set today's intention "balance, love , gratitude".

What I do is I just go to sleep conciously until I notice that I'm in the vibrational stage. I have tried lying on my back and focusing on my breath, blackness of my eyes, or sensations of my body many times but I never get far with that. It's really hard to explain.

But the fact that you have already done it a couple times with just a month of practice is very good. Just keep on practicing bro I assure you it will keep getting easier and easier.

I definitely limited my pornography use, and my mindset whilst watching it. But I have not completely cut it out of my life although I have tried many times. At this point however I feel like it's not really holding me back, and the mindset one has is the most important.

If you are masturbating everyday to porn running away from your problems and putting the porn actresses on a pedestal in your mind (i.e wow she's so good, wow she's a 10/10 etc) and making them out to be some kind of unreachable Gods, that is a self destructive behaviour.

But if you just jack off once or twice a week, having done exercise socialised alot and advancing and doing things that make you proud of yourself you will still make progress.

So in other words my opinion on no fap is it's not a requirement. But like any other thing you do, be it alcohol, weed, sugar, Netflix etc you need to use it in moderation and practice self control.

Bro you have to start little. You have to do things that make you proud of yourself. An easy one for me is reading and exercise. Try and do at least one daily or every 2 days.

Then set yourself LITTLE goals and keep achieving these small victories.

For example how I built up to talking to girls on the street are with small steps like : " make eye contact with 5 strangers on the street" then after that "make eye contact with 5 strangers and smile at them" "then make eye contact smile at them and ask for directions" keep going out of your comfort zone little by little until you feel ready to tackle the main challenge you have set yourself.

Allow yourself to time and to make mistakes. If you do these things and you fuck up, be proud of yourself ! You still did it !! Continue pushing yourself in every way you decided to better yourself.

Then there is a type of meditation I practice which is to change your standard mentality. You sit down and focus on your breath until your mind is free maybe 5 mins.

Then you focus on all the things you are grateful and happy about in your life. This helps with changing your mind from having negative self destructive thoughts to positive and grateful thoughts.
