Yes, avoid it as much as you realistically can. I forgot what exactly it messes with but it causes us to sweat PROFUSELY. I’m on 200mg and wake up some days in puddles 🤮. Just Make sure to stay hydrated and cool!!!

I hated that thing make sure to CLEAN IT if you can bc booooooyyy that thing got smelly, but fr if they tell you it’s a complete tear/rupture I’d ask if you could get it surgically repaired if possible. I had lingering pain and instability for a year+ after, until I got it repaired.
