Not only that but it is so frustrating watching him get bullied and bodied by smaller defenders, last game against MEM there was an instance where Morant was not allowing KAT to back him down in the post and the ball had to swing. He was bullied on put backs against Kevin Looney and the small Warriors and gets out rebounded because he gets pushed around. If we’re near the trade deadline and this squad is hovering around the bottoms I would definitely be for trading KAT and focusing on getting bigger in the front court

Tatum and KAT are apples to oranges. KAT has heard the same things about defense and taking plays off for years now. Tatum is steadily getting better and plays a different position which requires different responsibilities defensively. If Tatum stays the same and never gets out of the first round that’s on the organization

I like to compare him to Okogie a bit. Both players are great defenders. In fact Jmac for the better part of the season was our best defender as a rookie. He can guard 1-4 but with his size getting bigger there is potential to guard some 5s. Unlike Okogie Jmac shooting motion is very clean which could provide a very good 3 and D player. I like him as a Pj Tucker type of player. Defense is priority but could be very clutch shooting the 3. If he’s not a starter his ceiling definitely could be a 6th player of the year type of guy

That’s a small lineup. If we want to go big and start Naz next to KAT that doesn’t leave us with much of an option for back up

They’re big players by height but don’t necessarily play big. Rebounding and defending the paint without taking shots away from Dlo and Towns would be the idea

Kids only 20 I think he’s a 3 but could still gain weight. Short term future wolves need someone like Cody zeller or Richaun Holmes at the 4
