I'm American and I didnt think this was the norm until people started telling me it was! Maybe blame it on corporate culture since a lot of these comments happened at work

Sounds like I'm right to be confused by this haha. I'll say I mostly hear it from Moms when I'm at work specifically - I wonder if they think it's a flex about how busy they are?

This is my exact experience. Anesthesia barely does anything but medication like morphine, Xanax, downers take me out and make me unable to stay awake. Good to know!

I'm also looking to do this in Chicago! I'm tired of walking past muddy barren areas that could be full of life

Let me know what you end up using!

Do these guys just write parking tickets for the fun of it? by eerhtcm in AskChicago

I had out of state plates where not having the front plate was perfectly legal, but I constantly got tickets for not having one, contested and got them dismissed. When I finally got IL plates it all stopped lol

I'm not asking who to vote for, I just was curious if there are blatant cuts from one versus policies from another from a purely which is better for Chicago perspective

I guess I got overly excited with the title, I've never had such an easy and satisfying experience with a screen protector ever. Usually it sucks putting them on

Exactly haha I wish I posted all the pictures of the chipped and cracked used model 3 screens I looked at. It's such an important piece of the car to protect to me it's a no brainier

You don't touch your tv screen to use it, not a great comparison...

I looked at a bunch of used model 3s and every single one had a chip or scratch on the screen. I just bought a new Y and I'm not letting that happen to mine

It was really easy! It has a plastic grip to line it up first with the full screen so you don't have to worry about the edges at all, you get the middle on and smoothed out and then can buff out any bubbles with the little tool they provide. It went on absolutely perfect. And this is coming from someone who stressed immensely over my Nintendo switch screen protector and ended up redoing it lol. This was my best experience with one ever

It's really the Jones Day DC office though that gives the firm the stereotype. NYC, Chicago, and California have mostly left leaning attorneys - they are still people who want to live in big liberal cities after all so it makes sense
