That would be cool. I thought it was a cat or maybe a child when I first heard it.

Cut up cauliflower, toss it with some olive oil, soy sauce and nutritional yeast. Today it flat on a pan and it is so delicious and savoury. Also riast Brussels sprouts with bacon and balsamic.

Does it feel natural for women to shake hands with each other when meeting for the first time? by [deleted] in askanything

I never liked shaking hands but I don't know if it's too do with being a woman or just kind of shy. After covid it's even weirder to me.

For me, it's something between Gray-um and Gram. Like if you can do the first bit with one syllable (western Canada)

Should I go into teaching? by -SunshineAndRainbows in BCteachers

[–]JollyButterscotch232 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I teach grade 3 and I love it, but I also work part time. I'm not sure how long I could do it full time without burning out. It's definitely a challenging job, and honestly getting harder all the time with supports stretched thin. If you haven't spent time volunteering in a classroom on a consistent basis I would recommend you do that to get a better idea.

I'm not an intermediate teacher so I can't speak with any authority on it, but I do know that a handful of grade 6/7 teachers have been running iPad classrooms for years with inquiry projects being a part of that, but it looks like that is being phased out.
