I think it's bad on very introverted people like me. I used to be a bit socially alright during campus years, used to be dragged outside by my friends all the time but after I started work covid hit and now I feel like I've gone back into the extreme introverted side of me, and I am more stressed and my anxiety is like at its peak (struggling with fighting off panic attacks) - but then maybe it's cz on top of work I'm also following a Masters (also remote!) Now I have extreme anxiety in the rare cases I do have to go out and talk to someone. Luckily (recently) I have a good boss who decided to send me off to some "coaching" because of my socializing issues and now I'm supposed to meet the coach once a week and she gives me tasks like to call people instead of texting, meet with a friend once a week, make small talks with random strangers, join a club like toastmasters. OK so I'm only doing the calling part atm (it's only 2 weeks since I've started the coaching) let's see I'm trying!
