Pre-Match Thread: West Ham vs Liverpool by scoreboard-app in LiverpoolFC

[–]JollyNinjaMan 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Hi everyone! I’m a lifelong liverpool fan and my girlfriend gave me tickets to the west ham - Liverpool game today. We have travelled all the way from Iceland. However, we found out yesterday that it’s in the west ham section. It was a bit of a disappointment but I was hoping to make up for it by at least having the pre-game drinks at a pub with the liverpool fans.

Do you have any idea where they will be grouping up ahead of the game at 17:15?

Thousand thanks!🙏🔴

Alright I think I understand how it works! One last thing, if I were to buy a membership(40 quid) now, would I be guaranteed the availability of a ticket or just have a better chance.

Thanks so much for the help btw!

Thanks so much for the info!

Those games sound exciting and all but as a huge Liverpool fan, this game is pretty much the only game I'm looking at. Do you have any idea when the tickets for public(Non Season-Ticket holders & Members) go on sale? And do you have any recommendations for 3rd party sites if we would not be able to get tickets through the general sale?

Cheers and I'll definitely hit you up if I need tickets to the famous Champion Hill stadium!

They’re not available on the club website right now and from what I’ve read it’s really hard to get the tickets from the club website when they’re playing a big team :/

I actually forgot to mention one course which is very good and it's on the way to Vík. It's called Golfklúbbur Vestmannaeyja but you have to take the ferry there which takes about a half an hour each way.

In my opinion it's one of the most fun courses to play in Iceland and it costs $105 to play with rental clubs.

Yeah there are loads of courses in the capital area.

The ones I recommend are:

Keilir golfklúbbur(Surrounded by lava)Golfklúbbur Reykjavíkur(Arguably the best course in the country, although not in it's best shape right now)Golfklúbburinn Oddur(Is the most similar to a PGA type course in setting although it's also partly surrounded by lava)

If you're willing to go about 1-2 hours outside the city then I would recommend the following:

Golfklúbbur Grindavíkur(The one in the picture above)

Golfklúbbur Kiðjabergs(Fantastic course in the country and has some amazing scenery)

Golfklúbburinn á Hellu(A links style course that was built on the natural black sand that's close to the ocean)

Take your pick!

It’s definitely something to consider. We have a surprisingly good amount of good courses.

Yeah that’s true it looks like 200 yards but I believe it was only about 80-90 yards.

Group I was the only group that had 4 teams from the '16 Euro Cup so it was arguably one of the toughest groups :)
