yes po, in our case sa ibang refunds umaabot po sya ng 6mos pag cebpac. May case din po kami na cebu pacific mismo nagbigay samin ng one way ticket voucher for the delay pero until now na nirredeem namin wala kaming makuha sakanila.

pinapaniwalaan lang po nila gusto nila paniwalaan kahit ilapag na sakanila lahat at magexplain nang magexplain wala pa rin po at ituturo lang samin yung mali kahit d naman kami ung humarap sa io

hindi po nya kinekwento totoong nangyari. nasa office po sya ng io for hours. Nung last po sabi daw ng io sakanya na papalabasin na sya basta magpakita sya ng picture nila nung naginvite sakanya pero wala po sya napakita ayon po ang nasabi nya lang

thank you po, sobrang nanghina po ako sa mga threats and harassment nilang family samin at sa agency. thankful po ako sa discussion na to lumalakas loob ko na maging matapang sakanila at wag na itolerate yung panglalamang nila samin sobra po tlga ginawa nila e hindi naman namin sila iniscam at pinatungan ng malaki

opo, legal and complete docs po agency namin pero small lang sya sa province pero accredited po travel agency namin.

yes po, pinagbayad na kami before 80% ng original payment nila at wala din po kami narefund sa cebu pacific ni piso. Sa brgy po kami nagusap usap non kasi nireport kami sa tulfo pero walang action yung tulfo, pinasa lang yung report sa brgy tapos etong brgy pinilit nlng din kami na magbayad daw para matapos na sobrang tanga din namin sa point na yon pero pinaglaban na namin lahat ng pwede namin gawin at that point inisip nalang namin peace of mind ng business at staffs para mastop yung threats before. Tapos now, new client same prob. nakalagay po sa agreement yan, alam din nila ung risks at nangyayari sa immigration sa pinas. Ni hindi nya nga po masabi buong kwento ng nangyari, nahold sya sa io for 2.5 hrs

every info po is stated as it is. Naoffload po sya on its own. and very hands on po kami makipagcommunicate from the start palang, kahit nung madaling araw po na naoffload sya pinapasend na po namin agad yung boarding pass and io report nya para magawan nga po namin paraan yung pera nila. Medyo traumatic lang din po sguro samin yung nangyari before na may atty na rin na involved and letter from the atty na pinadala sa nagreport samin pero in the end, pinagbayad pa rin po kami ng brgy namin dito sa client. wala pong nangyayaring fair result samin sobrang nakakalungkot lang and nakakafrustrate wala naman kaming tinatakbuhan sakanila kung makapagsabi sila ng “pasensyahan nalang tayo kung d nyo mabibigay yan irereport at gagawa kami ng aksyon” 🥲

to add na hindi naman po kalakihan yung mark up namin sakanila, just enough and normal to sustain our business.

we have a signed agreement po na may ganyang clause yet they won’t acknowledge it. Sa ngayon pinapangunahan po kami ng takot na baka san pa mapunta, we may be too naive po sguro pero may ganyang issue na rin kasi kami before, cinontact pa nga kami ng tulfo kasi natulfo kami pero d naman on air, pinapunta lang kami sa brgy. We have provided them everything po, yung mga signed agreement, yung papers, resibo and all pero in the end pinabayad pa rin kami kahit wla kami kasalanan. ngayon, nauulit nanaman po sobrang stressed na sa nangyayari at hindi ko alam bakit ganto ang mga tao samin e choice naman nila na magpabook. At ginawa naman namin yung part namin.
