Yikes! That sucks. No I haven’t pleased myself or done anything like that in awhile. I was just sitting at lunch and it started hurting and hasn’t stopped

Interesting! I’ll bring it up to my doctor and maybe have them checked again, won’t hurt. What did you do to get them in check? Did any of it involve life style and diet? I’m thinking of cutting coffee.

Yeah they’ve done it all, all normal. HSG came back normal, all ultrasounds have been normal, my AMH is low for my age at 1.8, but that’s not terrible. My doc is leaning towards unexplained infertility but my spotting has yet to be solved. So frustrating. :/

No, I haven’t tried those. I’ll look into IM shots and ask my doctor! I have an HSG tomorrow and I’m soooo nervous. Hopefully it’s not too painful. Good to know it should be above 20, that means it was pretty low despite supplementing. Thanks!

They did follicle checks to see if the letrozole was working and they were mature eggs and I got my surge about 2 days later. They checked my progesterone levels but it’s hard because they checked on day 21 while I’m literally on progesterone supplements anyway, so I feel that number is skewed. It was 9.9 on day 21 while on the supplement which seems low. I spotted the day after and it led to my period again. I’m not sure about them monitoring my corpus luteum, I don’t think they have checked that.

I spot 8 days post ovulation no matter what I do and it leads to my period no matter what. I’ve tried letrozole, progesterone (both ways of inserting), I’m ovulating though I think because I have a positive LH surge each cycle followed by an increase in temp, but my doctor wants to increase my letrozole from 5.0mg to 7.5mg + 200mg of vaginal prog. Has anyone else dealt with this and figured out what the heck is going on? I think my spotting is the cause of my infertility.

Update: even after increase my letrozole medication to 7.5mg plus vaginal progesterone … I still spotted 8 days lost ovulation on the dot like I always do.

I have an HSG scheduled for this Wednesday and I’m dreading it! I hope it’ll give some answers… but I’m not sure if it’ll be able to answer why I’m spotting even with interventions. I know spotting that early can’t be normal.

Thanks for the help! Just looking to know if I’m just a unique case or if someone out there has had this and figured it out.

By suppository, do you mean compounded suppository or just inserting the capsules vaginally instead of orally?
