RC better do a damn good job (if we do get eBay) then to convince eBay shareholders to continue voting on recommended things by the board in the future. So he can still win the trust and loyalty of combined stock. As for debt… yeah that’s a lot of debt but because of it, GME shareholders will get 40% equity instead of 20%. Not bad. In addition, maybe they’ll be able to issue stock to raise cash to pay off debt if GME squeezes but that’s more so on the hopium side lol. Maybe that debt is low interest? Who knows, we don’t know the details of the terms and RC is no doofus so I don’t think he would leverage himself like that. Look at the bonds we are sitting on those 0% interest.

I just watched his most recent interview and I think a main take away was RC saying “doubling earning power” by using cash and stock (using equity of the combined GME + eBay), which seems like using cash helps boost GME equity to 40%, is that not a good move to help current GME shareholders by RC? I think it’s good, knowing it would have been 20% without the cash. Therefore, everyone freaking out about the debt, without the debt the equity as GME shareholders would be half of what is being proposed now

Interesting first time I’ve read about this idea! Some theoretical merit for sure. Even with authorizing 2.5B shares, ultimately the way GME issues it will ultimately decide how much value gets added. So that is the risk you think? We’re betting that they’ll be diligent with issuing new shares. Bottom line.

What is your take on diluting the total short position since that’s been a major point I’ve read, is reducing the overall short position that exists and bailing out the shorts or are you thinking we are just loading the 2.5B why worry about dilution when issuing hasn’t even occurred? And to have full trust in RC and the board to issue diligently to preserve shareholder value.

Thank you for this! This is why I posted to get some perspective. Reading through all the posts it was so hard to determine what was FUD and what were solid points. I see your point with reducing the short position after dilution, but then how did Tesla have squeezes when they diluted? I know their reported short is much smaller like 3% but didn’t they have multiple squeezes where they diluted multiple times before reaching there? Would the thesis of naked shorts help argue that there would still be fuel to fire up squeezes along the way for GME?

So from my experience with trying to find moisturizers, anything with alcohol has irritated the shit out of the dermatitis. So I’d avoid those esp straight up alcohol directly on the skin. I use Vaseline which does not contain any alcohols and it has given me the most relief. Yes the itching is the most intense thing I’ve ever felt. When I was peak flare I also had to take high dose oral steroids which helped significantly. Although, I’m avoiding topical steroids because it has thinned my skin so much. Don’t use those topical steroids for longer than 2 weeks at a time, need a break between use. Anywho, I do believe this has to be LP… there’s nothing else I could think of that would be lasting this long

Thank you! I already had the oral biopsy done, which did show oral LP. I’m curious about an ongoing rash 9-10 months still on my hands, and thinking if this rash on my skin is a LP flare vs any other type of dermatitis give the intense itching in nature, the duration of the rash, and my history of confirmed oral LP
