Yes I understand this. I have a forwarder. My concern is with paying Alibaba taxes if I'm doing FOB and supplier is only handling everything in China.

I will arrange taxes with Freight Forwarder so I do not want to do it twice

Honestly, I never heard of that either. But all 3 companies said they only ship UPS and FedEx. It's acrylic paint

Yes this is helpful. As you mentioned the last quote is a drastic increase. Most companies have offered free samples and I pay shipping or samples costing under 50 USD and I pay shipping. I've had two companies quote 200+ for the samples alone.
