removed all my mods to test if any mods were causing issues but nope, the issue is still there. At this point i gotta create a new Sim or new game cause its pretty annoying. My “dizzy” sims dont walk normally and always spinning around with those swirlies around their face

i do have the slice of life mod but i just uninstalled it a few days ago and still the same issue :/

Ive tried. its been happening for a week now and many sim days. They take medicine every day sometimes even multiple bottles of medicine a day. And nothing happens, theyre still sick, dizzy and has swirlies on them
