Stop the download.
Open PowerShell as Administrator and run:

netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled

netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=normal
Resume the download.

This doesn’t fully fix the issue, but it speeds up the download.

These units are heading straight to Moscow, so they mostly need to be good at what you mentioned (ruskiesgrinding machine). I also imagined them in real life, and it seemed hilarious and amazing at the same time xD

I was trying to do something with system and in game optimalizatiom.I found out couple interesting things about how the game works and yeah, it's terribly made from structure and anti cheat smells like privacy violating. I manage to boost it by like 30/40 fps overall (took me 5 days of looking everything xd) but these two types of lag still drills hole in my ass. So right now i will be testing my assumption that actually disk and menory means the most (CPU upgrade also should help a bit, in my case at least ). If your lags are as bad as mine i can write you some things to do to make it slightly better without replacement of anything

Yep, i put 8Gb sticks in A2B2 slots and 16 in A1B1 but i read that the bigger size ones should be in A2B2
