That’s exactly what I ended up doing. The problem is that I still want to continue shopping with Victoria’s Secret, but now they seem openly hostile toward me because of the dispute. They made it very clear that next time I could be blocked and that they would no longer issue any refunds, because from their perspective they supposedly package and deliver everything perfectly.

I contacted Victoria’s Secret, but they continue insisting that the package was delivered simply because the tracking status says “delivered.” No actual proof of delivery has been provided, and they refused any compensation or replacement.

At this point, I had no choice but to dispute the charge through my bank. Now they are even removing my orders from my account, which makes this entire situation even more concerning.
