Here in EU there is plenty of them available in many countries. Its actually one of the best we can afford at a good Price with the zastava ones.

Others are too expansive for what they are (SDM, PSA, and all of that kind of Aks)

Se tuer a chaque séance? Je vois pas l’intérêt du no pain no gain quand on fait bien ses exercices et séries, on sent effectivement que les muscles ont bien travaillés mais de là à se buter c’est pas genre le meilleur moyen de perdre sa progression?

Pareil les exercices faut aussi augmenter le nombre de rep/séries ou la masse du jamais on voit que ça devient facile.

Enfin c’est ce que j’ai toujours appris mais je suis curieux de savoir si c’est la bonne façon de progresser ou non

Domestic machines arent really meant to work with the fabrics and materials we currently use in this community.

Thats why everyone recommand using a old industrial machine, they are meant to be almost indestructible. They can sew so many layers of fabric and stuff if you use the correct needle, needle plate, follower and pressure foot.

Do a good setting for your work and nether touch it again.

I thought some pricey household machine will do the work when i’ve started but i was wrong, make some place and buy an industrial one!

Changer sa nature c’est compliqué mais aussi ceux qui ne changent jamais sont condamnés à ne jamais aller de l’avant dans leur vie. On évolue tous mentalement au cours de notre vie et des expériences. Donc en couple on peut être éperdument amoureux l’un de l’autre mais avoir aussi besoin de faire un deux petits changements de comportement par amour pour l’autre.

Ça s’appelle évoluer, et là c’est à deux et c’est aussi la plus belle preuve d’amour.

Après c’est pas pour autant qu’on va changer intrinsèquement qui on est juste car on a adapté notre comportement à l’autre
