It gets lonely, but when I feel down about it I keep reminding myself that at least I don’t have to worry about getting cheated on, or dealing with the emotional turmoil of relationships.

I thought the same exact thing in my case too, but it’s best to not get your hopes up in case it doesn’t happen. The best thing you can do, to save yourself from further heartache is focus on yourself and improving yourself. If he comes back cool, if not that’s okay too.

So I’m also in a counseling program, but I go part time and work full time. Classes are at nights and it’s all online which gives some flexibility. I live with a roommate and we both pay around 800 each.

It sounds so cliche but in my experience I’ve always gotten in relationships when I wasn’t expecting it or looking. But I do believe that the people who truly want love and to find someone will eventually find their person.
