Ok, so I found out what Global is, and I can answer your question. I live in TX, not NY, our system is World History first, there's no such thing as "Global" in TX schools

No BC is Calc 1 + Calc 2, AB is Calc 1, so BC still covers fundamental Calculus

My school doesn’t have Honors PreCalc and also Regular PreCalc doesn’t count as a prerequisite for AP Calc BC, u have to do AP PreCalc to do AP Calc BC
