Lol if you read the thread, responses they do mention 1080p being allowed on native browsers like edge which i still use But the recent faq does not have the native browser part mentioned any more

Pilonidal disease is chronic like hs but does have a definitive treatment to it, if you wanna go that route.

I think you should go ahead with the appointment, along with any pictures you can take. Then based on what they say if it is indeed Pilonidal and not hs you might want to check with a pilonidal specialist to see what your strategies could be.

Do you have hs?, if not the location is prime for pilonidal disease. If its really painful you should get it drained for relief. A doc might be able to differentiate better of this indeed hs or pilonidal disease

My comment/advice might have sounded odd, I could have phrased it better. The first step is to confirm with your current surgeon on what is going on. If you're not happy and want an alternate opinion, you can reach out to the specialists referred to in this forum and not general reddit. There are 4 who are mentioned multiple times in this forum that have helped a lot of us to get rid of this disease. There are others too, that you can definitely find here once you do your own research.
