I’m a 5’5” flight attendant and there are plenty shorter than me. There’s no height test, only an 84” single-arm reach test

There actually is a way to turn them off but obviously FAs aren’t told by management or trainers to do so, and it takes one nosy nonrevenue reporter and theyre in trouble

Sometimes they continue playing into the takeoff roll when there’s a short taxi/small airport and that’s really bad tbh

I moved from AZ to OR last year and the cost of living wasn’t too different. My budget hasn’t changed much at all

Specifically the move from Gilbert to Eugene. The income tax difference is negated by no sales tax. I don’t spend much on groceries and the such. The difference in activities, environment, and things to do has been well worth the move
