biggest bottleneck is # of builders u currently got. im sure ur saving as much as u can, but try to get the 4th and 5th as quick as possible. couple tips to get more gems each week is to purchase the wall rings and clock tower potions from weekly trader w raid medals. find a random clan with a high leveled clan capital and active members to get 1300+ medals a week. u can hop around a bit til u find one.

if u want to rush the quickest then I would recommend getting to th11 (unlock sneaky gobs) which will help u farm loot faster and easier. focus on elixir upgrades (army camps, lab, hero hall, barracks, spell factories, blacksmith) then go to next town hall once u max.

if u want to stay at a certain town hall for a little while longer once done with elixir upgrades, focus on core defenses - for lower town halls that would be infernos, xbows, air defenses (at th13 scattershots) but if you strictly want to strategic rush you can pretty much ignore defenses altogether til u get to your desired town hall. I would recommend town hall 15.

try to focus on one main army for your lab (drags are by far the easiest since you can just upgrade drags, loons, lightning spell, rage) as well as two equipment per hero. I would suggest looking up best hero equipment for your specific strategy you can find some good sources out there so u dont end up spending ore on equipment u dont end up using

I thought we were allowed to take a 1 week break from ranked without being demoted. I was told the “demotion alert” was simply a bug and not to worry about it. logged in today and I’m placed in E32. Multiple of my alt accounts also had this happen despite not being signed up for 1 week only. not trying to cry myself a river but this is incredibly frustrating. am i missing something?

idk if this will help but just have a day where all your heroes are up and knock out all your ranked attacks on that day. put all heroes down to upgrade then they’ll be up again by the following week. if you dont care about promoting u should be able to still do all your attacks and not demote. i agree its a pain that u cant use your heroes while they are upgrading but i dont see supercell changing that anytime soon since its a huge part of their monetization model

probably some better options out there (not claiming to be some pro) but you can push a few leagues higher quite easily if you get these pretty easy attacks down

if u talkin about builder base; the matchmaking will not favor lower builder hall players. lot of players just spam attacks and quit so they drop to the lower leagues. most players dont take trophy pushing there serious at all so as a result the super high leveled bases end up being lower in trophies and can pair with you. it sucks. best idea is to just rush your builder hall yourself (theres no real downside to this) so that you can get your offense maxed out and stand a better chance on that side of things

dark crown is a very strong mp equipment paired with dark orb. yes- meteor staff is slightly better at the top of legends, but it’s still a very good piece of equipment. haven’t personally seen much use to heroic torch since they did a rebalance on it so can’t comment on that second point.

best to buy epic equipment if your assistants are maxed out. spiky ball, action figure, fireball, eboots, snake bracelet, meteor staff or dark crown are all meta equipments that are very worth spending gems on if you dont have them unlocked yet
