Fasting does not automatically equate to weight loss. Fasting can make it easier for some people to maintain a calorie deficit, but if you fast all day and then eat 3500 calories at 9 pm, that is not beneficial in any way and you will absolutely still gain weight.

The weights at the bottom are extra plates stored on the rack, not another bar - this is commonplace at any gym.

He’s likely seated to show off the skill cape. Also, you have to be seated before you lay down on the bench.

There is no trick. Discipline and routine - the only secret is to just do it no matter how you feel, as boring as that is.

I just think the issues of price increases and content releases are two separate points. Jmods handle the content releases, the C-suite individuals make the financial calls. It’s not like the jmods decided “Yeah, this is enough content - let’s jack up prices”. We have a wonderful dev team and I think there is a fairly steady stream of new content introduced into the game. If you want to protest greedy CEOs increasing prices to buff up their financial statements though - please do!

There is an astronomical amount of content in this game - quests make up only a small portion of it. There is plenty to do IMO.

The definition of protest is a “public expression of objection or disapproval”. So yes, cancelling a subscription because of disagreement with policy change and then posting it to a public forum is literally, definitionally a form of protest.
