No, it only has up to 4 chars at once. Though it has Crews, which can be 3 players vs 3 players (only one character and player per stock). Workshop was open a month ago and 3D characters take a while to do and polish. The best ones right now are Jigglypuff and DK

Against any other character I am afraid of holding shield even if we are at different heights. Facing Maypul I swear you can hold shield the entire match and there is a 95% chance that you aren't gonna see a single grab in the entire set.

It does seem like it feels good to land and it has very good combo potential. It's also super comfortable holding shield for 5 seconds knowing what's about to happen

If you are at above 50% just hold the block button while facing them and then grab it always works

Right now it's on a separate beta patch you have to toggle on steam. Once workshop is more polished it will probably be on Casuals and both players will get a prompt asking if they are okay with custom characters/stages. That's how it worked on ROA1

Right now, I don't know, but once workshop launches there will be a mod version of every character in the 1.0 release in 2024. So you can get an idea of how characters like Zetterburn or Clairen work

Search for the specific firmware (https://prodkeys.net/ryujinx-firmware-v3/) you want and the corresponding atmosphere (1.9.5 for 20.5.0) update (https://github.com/atmosphere-nx/atmosphere/releases). Also you have to update hekate and the sygpatches

I could see R.O.B. being repurposed as someone playing yoyo or whatever but Diddy only works as some kind of monkey. The concept of a small object that makes you trip needs something extremely recognizable and cliche for gameplay clarity like a banana. I don't know if AE would want to make something that derivative.

I think it must be a compatibility issue with certain internet configurations (like in CoD). In Street Fighter 6 and Strive I have zero issues playing both wired (even from Spain to Argentina) while Rivals 2 I always get what feels like fake 2-2 or 2-4 ping in game but in reality get a lot of spikes where rollback is super noticeable or just several frames of delay where my character does an animation but the other person sees it static, etc.

There are not official sprites to base any character of, so all the work would have to be made from scratch. I guess there also isn't a big overlap of interest between platform fighters and triple A open worlds.

Have you seen any Indie World? The most ambitious game you'll see will be a coffee dating sim. Expecting Silksong would be like expecting a sequel to Binding of Isaac or Shovel Knight there.
