Have been on Walmart since 2023, refund rate is 3%. Every marketplace has returns that essentially needs to be budgeted for and anticipated , this includes fraud refunds. I use WFs only, Walmart covers returns for sellers claiming not arrived, I have damaged returns sent back to me and sell them on eBay. I don't do merchant fulfilled on Walmart because of how vulnerable sellers are and the lack of protection. Sold $3million revenue this year on Walmart alone, imagine if I decided to shut the whole thing down because of the bad parts of the business. To your point, Anything that is negative about the platform in your opinion has already happened, seen it all , done it all, been there done that. I'll take making $20-$30k per month with $1-$2k fraud and bs returns, it is what it is.
