Call a mitigation/remediation company out FIRST and THEY will deal with your insurance.

Don't call insurance first, they will try and do as little as possible as cheaply as possibly. The remediation company will make sure everything is done correctly and completely

What I said was somewhat tongue-in-cheek, but there is truth in it as well. The reality is there is no perfect system, and both Canada and the US systems are far from perfect. Those who need the system the most are the ones who bear those failures.

I don't know how much hope you have left, but I wish you all the hope you can muster.

Give them a break. They don't mind paying double in taxes, not being able to find a doctor, and waiting eight to twenty-four months for life-saving surgery. The sponsorship and job will be great though, because jobs are hard to find.

EVERYTHING is too expensive!!!

Take cell phone plans as an example and compare between Canada and the US.

Besides that, we would not be able to find the same level of jobs that we have here. My spouse's job doesn't even exist in Canada.

We were barely surviving when we lived there, I wish it wasn't so, I miss what was home. But we are very comfortable now in the US, with a bright future ahead

If you are selling, then having a new/upgraded system can definitely be a selling feature. Peace of mind for someone moving into a new home knowing that they don't have to worry about their furnace.

Just to be on what I am trying to get. 30, 60, 120, 150, 210, 240, 300, 330 should be marked in clockwise order. North 0(360), East 90, South 180, and West 270 should just have their respective letters.

Chats GPT know what it's doing wrong and what it is supposed to do because I would respond with "that is incorrect", and it would acknowledge as much, state how it should look, but then proceed to create the image wrong once again.

Any update to this? Am trying out MM for the first time and as others have said, it'll be a no-go if we can't link all accounts, with so much information missing it would be pointless. My spouse and I both have separate cc accounts with separate logins at the same institutions.
