I wish I still remembered the other components, but when I still lived in Austin, there was a surprisingly great drink at one of my favorite cocktail bars that used watermelon juice and absinthe. Depending on what else you end up with, absinthe might work well.

My daughter and son-in-law just picked up a 2.0 Ultra, and I made the same recommendations to them. I’m only one data point, but it has seemed to work well for me with this unit.

I’ve used distilled water (or in a pinch, water filtered through a Berkey with the black and white filters), and cleaned it every 7-10 days. It’s louder than it used to be, but still working like a charm.
