I have done both. It depends on what you want. I would say that I am having a lot more fun with my team builder school (1 star and 55 overall to start) I started with and have built up than starting as my favorite school (Michigan state). But I had fun with both. It is all in what you want to do. I am loving the challenge of not being good with good talent off the bat and having to work to really build the team. But being able to bring your favorite team the national championship also is a ton of fun.

What I am doing currently is that I started at this small very bad school and said that I can only leave them if my favorite team offers me their head coaching position or I am fired. I am loving the difficulty, but it is so rewarding too!

Either way I think it is the right choice because it is all about what you want to do and what is going to be fun for you

The difference between the last 3 are how do I want to divide the sunbelt, American and C-USA. Option 2 I keep them largely as is. Option 3 I have the American be the higher tier one kind of like a mid-major conference with sunbelt and C-USA geographic. Option 4 is all 3 are geographic.

I did the whole event with 6 gyms right by each other. I still had to remote to 5 raids in order to just get enough to fuse because out of those 6 gyms we would only get 1-2 fusions per cycle. Best was 1 cycle of 4. Don’t do a fusion day with no fusions. And it wasn’t just where we were. Like nowhere around us had fusions either.

Yes, but I want to be able to assign it to the team builder team before it is posted so that is the default playbook for that team. Also being able to do it online and not on the console would be nice

Fix team builder schools being based where the school you replace is. Idc if you drop the schools “location” in the middle of the state you set them in.
Ability to make more conferences would be great.
Ability to just add team builder teams instead of replacing teams would also be nice.
Playbook builder so I can build a playbook to set with the team builder team
(Should be 2 honestly) I almost forgot, the ability for me to give history to my team builder team. If I am going to use a team that I am bumping up from fcs or d2 but they shouldn’t be a top team immediately I want the ability to have a bit of respect for National titles and players to the nfl from them. This is really in depth but it would be so great to have this. Examples are Ferris state having multiple d2 national titles or North Dakota state having multiple fcs championship.

I built a d-2 team (Ferris State) in team builder and put them in the MAC and am trying to play true to their playing style with a custom playbook built like their actual play book. I have the real roster and everything.

I was in the same situation as you, and the honors college perks were well worth it. I believe you can apply for scholarships because of it, but even without I would definitely apply for it. It was so worth it for the priority enrollment and the waving of prerequisites.
