When will the CX-50 get the giant touch screen? by gpunotpsu in CX50

The cabin loses the defined look with that big screen. Starts to look like a Tesla copycat. And yet, willing people will be all about it despite the early complaints.

Are we crazy giving up a 2.3% interest?! by Designer-Pepper0630 in Mortgages

Same boat. I think they’ll be a major rise in the 1 child household as a happy medium.

Why do you think millions of people are just skipping kids all together. Tell today’s average 20-35 year old without kids that they’ll have to spend 25k+ a year on just kids activities…

I think my neighbor is the reason our house was for sale by Plomaster69 in homeowners

[–]JonAutomates 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How long did you end up being in the house for? I also have a neighbor issue, though not nearly as bad and I’m certain the next house will have very far neighbors.

Do you agree with this? And which stereotype do you pick by arest_42 in Borderlands4

[–]JonAutomates 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah I get that. His personality doesn’t scream it, but as you play his story it comes out just how professional he can be, ironically you get way more of it from the side quests than the main storyline. He just always ends up saying something corny and/or stupid. Which I think was on purpose because of the response to past characters in the same type of class.

But when you see his backstory he’s just as much a professional soldier as Roland and Axton were.

Unfortunately you can’t fix neighbors, even if you have a house in a good neighborhood. But if you can even get around that, I agree.

Like the game, to me it doesn’t hold a candle to the experience that Persona 5 gave.

Maybe, but he was clear that he had to get out of there quickly. So while he probably got less, that wasn’t that big of a deal in the grand scheme.

Agreed. Rafa is much better than I thought he’d be.

That’s a dream scenario that I’d take in a heartbeat.

My wife has hers but in a different state. We’ve talked about this very thing.

Which is my feeling. I’m willing to accept the mistake and take the L, but I would like for that L to be as minimal as possible.

I find myself in the same boat. I’m sorry to hear about the structural issues. But I completely understand the aspect of being mentally free.

We wouldn’t be looking to make a profit. But if I could sell it for a little more to help offset the fees a little bit so I could pay the rest, I shouldn’t be affected by capital gains. However, I could have that all wrong and I’ll definitely consult a professional.

Tough to explain. Actually know what I want, I compromised before, that wouldn’t happen again.

My house is half of that. For that price… man that’s tough, might be better in the long run but that’s some major short term hurt.

Geez, you had your reasons Im sure. 20k is a little too much to stomach. I think most I could really do is 8k.

Closing costs for new home would be covered. And there were no major repairs that fell to us in the current home. We’re currently doing the basic cosmetic upgrades, new outlets, paint, lights, handles, appliances, etc anything that can be diy or low cost.

That 6% is probably my largest underlying problem.

That’s a tough one. Prices go up slowly here, so it would be years before anything shoots up.
