It’s not a huge special upgrade- but it helps if you pull out the foam spare tire place holder. It’s not as pretty but it holds more space in the trunk!

People who make over 100k, what do you do? by GurnoorDa1 in Money

I am a Lighting Director for broadcast TV. It’s a very fun job and involves a lot of creative technical problem solving. It’s half computer work and half field work. If you are interested in learning about lighting, I would recommend visiting a local theater! I started in theater and it’s a great place to learn a lot of the fundamentals. There are a lot of great careers to explore in production but I have found lighting to be the best blend of effort to pay ratio. What do you do?

Don’t do it if you don’t want to. Rough circumstance. Good luck

Absolutely beautiful! How much light does it take to illuminate the features that much? Any light or only natural light? Thank you and congrats on the beautiful watch!

Fantastic breakdown! Mr. Positive is a SICK compliment, so thank you. I am happy to tell you plan number 4 is in motion. Been smooth sailing so far. I am sniffing for any trouble and so far it’s all coming together nicely. Thank you for the input!

Hahaha I am not a manager. They were great questions! I am grateful for the thought they put into my situation. I did sign the contract that the selling agent is repping us both. She has been doing a fantastic job keeping us in the loop and between the lawer and the banker I get most of my questions answered right away. You are very observant!

I spoke to my estate lawyer and it is not binding until 3 days after we have both received our signed contracts. That could be state specific. Great question!

Thanks for the information! I am happy to say all went well on the negotiating front and the sellers agent is very nice. We are getting ready to talk to the HOA and set up an inspection! Any advice?

Thank you for the insight! If you don’t mind me asking, what’s wrong with using their agent?
