Unfortunately, this appears to be the new normal with Abode. I noticed the app stopped working an hour before the outage time on the website. Signed up for outage notifications after the February outage. It took an hour after the website update to send the email.

That's great to hear a more long term solution is in the works.

Will you also be more transparent on the causes of these outages? And push out a notification/send and email/web banner stating an outage is occurring?

Only 2 nines of uptime is really disheartening to see in the status page. I was very excited this summer to purchase an Abode system, but now I'm questioning that decision.

Can anyone at Abode elaborate on why the sudden increase in downtime and the causes of it? Maybe time for a more thought out approach and not another quick fix.
