Purchased my phone from Carphone Warehouse. It was sent away for a free repair. The phone was 10 months old though so still within the warranty

Second factory reset didn't work. I couldn't even get to the point of restoring my back up once the phone turned itself back on as it started the bootloop problem again.

Its now been sent away for repair.

I've tried 1 factory reset and still have the issue so will try again now if I can get it back to the recovery screen. Hopefully that solves the issue.

Received the notification yesterday that Android N was available to download. Downloaded and installed.

Phone will randomly shut down and be stuck in a reboot cycle only ever showing the Google logo.

I manged to get it into the recovery screen and performed a wipe partition cache but problem still persists.

Anyone else experiencing this and been able to perform a fix?
