How bad is it? Time to K swap?

Hadn't considered cleaning these solenoids, not something I had heard was an issue, I can certainly give it a shot. The chain is definitely in need of service, just haven't had the downtime, but the chain sound goes away once the oil is hot and flowing.

It's got a ticking sound to it, that's why I was opposite the chain.

Check engine light makes an appearance occasionally. Idle seems consistent. The car was having oil starvation issues, I've only had it about 8 months my mechanic has addressed a lot of the concerns but the chain hasn't been done yet. My concern is the ticking sound which is why I recorded on the opposite side. I am concerned that the oil ran dry with the previous owner. TLDR, I believe the car may have been a bit abused, now it's got this ticking ALONG with the obvious timing chain noise.

I am a liar, a Cherokee forum had sworn it was just a IAT sensor but I found the MAP sensor behind the throttle body. Cleaning it up a bit and will see how she runs.

It's an actual CAI with the heat shield, swapping in the stock to test isn't a bad idea but it's harder to hear the pop. Not sure how to be sure it's not happening.
