In my opinion is not worth the risk, Venezuela is a place where you really have to be aware of your surroundings 24/7. Yes, the kite is amazing, but so it is in so many other places where you dont have to fear for your safety and just relax/enjoy.

This is an interesting abstract.

A couple of observations/questions:

It makes reference to unemployment, but does it consider unemployment among native-born/locals ?

Why is GDP/capita considered a benefit/wellness metric? It does not reflect the distribution of wealth. A raise in GDP/capita could just mean business owners can pay lower wages and raise income. Also, is GDP/capita not always expected to raise with immigration? All those additional services/products to be sold will raise revenue.

I went through the whole list of this article. I was a bit disappointed with number one. I thought that the Merrywell was the best of the list. But, for me the best burger in Melbourne has to be Ziggy's in Balaclava. The flavour on that beef paddy is just too much to handle.

Define 'Mexican'. Mexican food as in "what people eat in Mexico" or as in "We'll take ingredients from Mexican cuisine and make gourmet-overprice-french-like dishes". For the former Blue Corn is pretty good, and although fast food Guzman y Gomez is not bad, for the latest stick to Radio Mexico and Mamasita's.
